The site, originally zoned as 'Tourist/Residential,' underwent a transformation to cater to both 'Holiday Home/Residential' needs. Through strategic subdivision, we optimized the space for residential use, creating a dual key design for each of the 35 lots. These thoughtfully planned lots offer breathtaking views of the hill, pool, and ocean, promising an exceptional investment opportunity.

 

Anticipated completion by end-2024 adds to the excitement surrounding this promising project.

Nedlands - The Artch Residence

Our meticulous site analysis led us to propose a cost-effective townhouse concept instead of an apartment complex, capitalizing on Nedlands' upscale allure. With a focus on maximizing dwellings and floor area, our design caters to all family categories, including downsizers. JDAP enthusiastically approved our visionary plan, featuring ten full three-story townhouses with private lifts. Innovative separation of the driveway with pedestrian access and utilizing the airspace improved privacy, green spaces, and enhanced living areas with full-height windows and doors for each unit.

 

Our design seamlessly harmonizes practicality, aesthetics, and comfort.

Presenting a remarkable two-story lightweight steel house in the coveted Kewdale locale. Boasting a distinctive dual-key design, this residence is adorned with double-glazed windows that adorn every corner, culminating in an exceptional 7-star energy rating.
